What you do, day to day
- Run sprints end to end and set the standard other engineers build to.
- Shape the toolchain, the sprint method, and the delivery discipline.
- Mentor the NIT Rourkela intern pipeline on lab projects.
- Help define what Holdfast takes on, and what it refuses.
- Be a name a client trusts, alongside the founder.
What we look for
- Seven or more years in software, with a track record of shipping.
- Senior judgment across full-stack, backend, and AI work.
- An owner’s instinct. You want a stake, not just a salary.
- Belief in the model: fixed price, fixed date, no junior engineers on client work.
Compensation
₹36,00,000 to ₹52,00,000 per year
