Holdfast is an AI-augmented software development agency. We ship one
production-ready feature for a US Series A to B startup every 14 days, at a
fixed price, with a written money-back guarantee if we miss the date. We are
not a staffing firm and not a generic dev shop.

## The offer

- Sprint: one production-ready feature in 14 days for a fixed $14,000. Full
  refund if it does not ship to your production by day 14.
- Embedded team: a senior engineer embedded with your team for $11,000 per
  engineer per month, billed month to month, cancel with 30 days notice.
- No retainers. No 12-month minimums. No conversion fee to hire an engineer.

## How a sprint works

- Day 0: you send a one-page brief, we return a fixed scope, price, and date.
- Days 1 to 3: spec and skeleton, scaffolded with Claude Code.
- Days 4 to 12: daily commits, twice-weekly Loom updates, async Slack.
- Days 13 to 14: deploy to your production, README, 10-minute handoff video.

## How we work

- AI-augmented: Claude Code for the primary build, Cursor for review, Linear
  for tracking, GitHub for source. We log the AI time saved on every sprint.
- AI is never used for money math, security boundaries, or schema design.
- Every engineer on client work is senior. No junior engineers on sprints.
- The founder, Saurav Kumar Nanda, runs every intro call and signs every
  contract.

## What we do not take on

- Brand new greenfield products from zero.
- Three-month enterprise builds.
- Anything requiring on-site stakeholder workshops.
- Native mobile applications.

## Locations

Chicago, USA and Bhubaneswar, India. The split gives US clients an overnight
build cycle plus a daily overlap window.
